Beginning his career in the auto industry at an auto dealership in the mid-1980s, Adrian Aragona has spent the better part of 30 years developing from an all-purpose dealership employee into an automotive consultant and trainer to a number of major clients.
As a consultant, Adrian Aragona has acted as a project manager, lead facilitator, and subject matter expert for numerous clients throughout Europe and North America. As a project lead, he has led the charge on projects involving manufacturing, wholesale operations, and retail operations for automotive, financial, and communications companies.
Adrian Aragona’s experience in the industry has lead to the authorship of several training courses that cover topics from sales techniques to e-commerce. One of the major accomplishments of his career is the development of a benchmarking tool for dealership processes in Canada, which focuses on consumer feedback-driven improvement and employee involvement in all operations and processes.
