A member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Nazanin Rezvan has worked as a Pharmacist in several hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies in Las Vegas and Southern California. Since 2009, she has served as a Clinical Coordinator and Pharmacist at a major metropolitan hospital, collaborating with physicians to provide high-quality patient care. In addition to overseeing order entry and verifying prescriptions, Nazanin Rezvan also clinically monitors patients, ensuring the accuracy of all drug dosages. Furthermore, she possesses significant experience with pediatric medicine and has served as a Pediatric Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) Pharmacist for the last six years.
Upon completing her formal education and internships, Nazanin Rezvan accepted a position as a Staff Pharmacist at Walgreens Pharmacy in 2004. In this fast-paced environment, she managed the pharmacy's technicians and answered patients’ questions about both prescription and over-the-counter medications. Nazanin Rezvan served in this capacity for nearly a year before transferring to Desert Springs Hospital in Las Vegas, where she worked as a Pediatric TPN Pharmacist. In this role, she held a number of daily responsibilities, including vancomycin dosing, IV to PO conversion, chemotherapy, and renal dosing.
A graduate of California State University, Northridge, and the University of Southern Nevada, Nazanin Rezvan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and a PharmD in Pharmacy. Utilizing this strong educational foundation, she has grown professionally over the last decade, adding value to each of the pharmacy teams she has worked with. When not developing her career, Nazanin Rezvan stays active by hiking, dancing, and running. She also regularly practices yoga, enjoying the activity's holistic benefits. Finally, she gives back to those in need by supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
