Since 1990, Sean M. Corr has practiced in the state of Pennsylvania as a civil trial lawyer, concentrating on personal injury and insurance law. Sean Corr received his Bachelorâs degree from Saint Josephâs University in 1986, and his law degree in 1990 from Villanova University School of Law. He has operated as chief counsel in some 40 personal injury trials. In his 21 years as a trial attorney, Sean Corr has gained distinction as one of the regionâs leading litigators in the field of personal injury law.
Additionally, Sean Corr participates in continuing legal education programs by authoring and giving presentations on personal injury and civil trial law. Sean M. Corr co-presented an informational seminar on the Pennsylvania Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act at the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce to inform construction workers and general contracting professionals about new legal issues established by the Act. The Act stipulates new terms for written contractual agreements for all work done on existing residential property, and provides strict penalties for businesses that do not follow the new requirements. Through his public speaking platform, Mr. Corr strives to forge a link between the local courts, his legal peers, and the citizens of Bucks County in an attempt to generate an understanding of legal matters and their impact on citizens.
