With a background as a Harris County educator, Ashley Coolidge maintains a strong presence in the Houston community and contributes to nonprofits such as Family Point Resources and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Ashley Coolidge also supports Dec My Room, which identifies patients in need and helps make their lives in the hospital brighter.
Ms. Coolidge has a strong connection with her alma mater Texas A&M University and she and her husband donated half a million dollars in 2012 to the Mays Business School. Set up as an endowment, the Ashley B. and David L. Coolidge Chair in Business supports activities of the school chairholder in areas such as research, teaching, and professional development. The endowment is a pivotal part of the University’s attracting and keeping top tier faculty.
Ashley Coolidge is also active with the 12th Man Foundation, a Texas A&M nonprofit that focuses on funding sports scholarships, programs, and facilities. She enjoys spending quality moments at the beach with her family in Galveston in her free time.
