Over the course of his career as an antitrust attorney, Mark Levinstein has established himself as an industry leader and highly capable legal executive. He currently works as a partner with a primary focus on antitrust and corporate disputes of Williams & Connolly LLP, a prominent law firm located in Washington, D.C. During his 30 years at the firm, Mark Levinstein has focused his practice on areas such as antitrust, major corporate disputes, the foreign corrupt practices act, qui tam litigation, RICO, intellectual property, professional liability, general commercial cases, and unfair competition. He has handled antitrust cases in more than 60 different industries. A member of the Sports Lawyers Association, Mr. Levinstein also belongs to the Antitrust Law Section of the American Bar Association.

Since 1985, Mark Levinstein has worked as an adjunct law professor at the Georgetown University Law Center, George Washington University, and The Catholic University of America. Before taking up his current responsibilities, while in law school and for several years after law school, he worked closely with Professor Phillip Areeda on publications such as antitrust casebooks, multi-volume treatises, and scholarly articles. Mr. Levinstein also spent a year as a law clerk in a U.S. district court, where he worked for Judge W. Arthur Garrity Jr.

Aside from his legal pursuits, Mark Levinstein remains firmly dedicated to community service and charitable giving. He supports the efforts of several nonprofit organizations in his community and beyond, including as the Chair of Athletes for Hope and a member of the Board of the College Foundation of the University of Virginia.

Mr. Levinstein graduated with a bachelor of arts in economics from the University of Virginia and a juris doctor from Harvard Law School.
